The above rates are for a maximum of eight people. With the use of the fold-out double sofa bed in the second living area, Casa Principessa can accommodate 10 people. If the number of guests exceeds 8, additional guests are charged at the rate of Euro 100 per person, per week. A maximum of 10 people applies. | |

Gas is an additional cost, which is charged according to usage. The meter is read before and after rental period. This can be a significant cost in winter when heating is used. | |
